Miley has released "Bass Persuades," the first single from her tenth studio album, out everywhere now alongside an official music video directed by her longtime collaborator Mert Alas. The album, also titled Bass Persuades, arrives 18 September via Atlantic Records.
The record is available to pre-order and pre-save now, with an exclusive Neon Version on vinyl available only through Miley's own webstore.
Miley will mark the release with a two-night stand at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on 16 and 18 October — her return to the stage after a run of studio-focused years. Presale windows open ahead of Thursday's general on-sale:
Miley is a three-time Golden Globe nominee for Best Original Song, and won Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance at the 2024 GRAMMY Awards for "Flowers," followed by a 2025 GRAMMY for Best Country Duo/Group Performance alongside Beyoncé. She's also the founder of the Happy Hippie Foundation and the Miley Cyrus Foundation.
Bass Persuades is out 18 September.
