Dubbed "delight in the dark," this season is a must-do event, blending beloved crowd favourites with exciting new names. You'll find returning stars like Southside, Gelato Messina, Hoy Pinoy, and Donna Chang alongside new additions heating the scene, including modern Italian OTTO Brisbane and Melbourne's world-famous Lune, baking their iconic croissants after dark for the very first time.
