Seafood & Spritzes
The season kicks off this weekend with the launch of the Tivo Summer Spritz Pop-up Bar at the Trawler Deck. Running from Friday, 16 January, guests can pair refreshing citrus spritzes with an exclusive seafood feast menu curated by local favourites, The Salty Sailor. This pop-up will run for two weekends, offering the perfect sunset setup for a Friday knock-off or a lazy Sunday afternoon.
