Founded in 1994 by Creative Director Bill Tsiknaris, the salon is a true family affair, housing three generations of hairdressing talent under one roof. Bill is joined by his siblings—Chris, Dimitri, and Shae—each an expert in their respective disciplines, creating a unique synergy of skills that sets the salon apart.

- Bill Tsiknaris (Creative Director & Owner): With over 35 years of experience, Bill is a household name in Australian fashion. A recent inductee into the Dennis Langford Hall of Fame (2025), he also serves as the Australian Creative Director for Alfaparf Milano Professional and is one of only six stylists globally in the Global House of Experts.
- Chris Tsiknaris (Expert Colourist): Known as the “Maestro of Colour”, Chris is a perennial finalist for Master Colourist of the Year (2023, 2024, 2025). His bespoke formulations are designed to perfectly complement each client’s unique features and skin tone.
- Shae Tsiknaris (Master Cutter): Shae has achieved the incredible feat of winning AHIA Australian Master Cutter of the Year for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024). Her mastery was further recognised in 2025 with a prestigious Medal of Honour.
- Dimitri Tsiknaris (Master Cutter & Straightening Expert): As the Queensland Ambassador for Yuko Hair Systems, Dimitri is the go-to specialist for precision cutting and high-end chemical straightening.
